This story gets what monastic life is about. It is fun to see how you and I both touched the theme that one's life cannot be sustained alone. Nice work!

This is quite the conundrum, as someone who appreciate solitude, I can understand the main character's preference for it but I also understand that there will always be that lingering need for company. Thank you for sharing a nice fantasy thriller with a highly relatable character.

WOW. OK I've just finished reading, had to write this before I take my first round of notes. I can tell you adjusted from the first round of comments, but more-so this feels like you're hitting your stride. You know how you can write! There's a lot to this piece, and I loved the intensity of the experience and the emotions! Well done!
